We offer a variety of group classes on a daily basis at our studio. Each class is an hour in length. We begin and end each session with a prayer. Over the course of the class the teacher will lead you through a combination of Yogic Warm-up, Asana (Postures), Suryanamaskara, Relaxation or Meditation and Pranayama. Our group classes are not the same every time, we vary the practices so that you find each session both challenging and enjoyable.

Spandayog also conducts an Outdoor Yoga Activity / Meditation session at least once a month. Our outdoor activity helps to create a sense of community among our students who are working towards greater health and well-being.
