YOGA THERAPY

Our teachers are trained yoga therapists who have extensive experience teaching students with a variety of physical issues. YOGA RETREAT

Yoga retreats are designed for you to relax, rejuvenate and restart a new life style. In our day today busy schedule we forget to take care of ourselves. Yoga retreat activity is a whole day program to get grounded and find your true energy as we learn the path of yoga. Highly recommended, for people who lead a busy life and for them who need a break to get back to their own self. Retreat is an intense experience of yoga and self. Spandayog will arrange residential retreat at an ashram where you can find serenity, silence and total presence of nature to unwind yourself. Our non residential retreat shall take place at Spandayog studio.

PRE/POST NATAL YOGA

The process of being a mother is a unique experience to each woman. Pre natal Yoga is to help you through one of the most exciting experience of your life! You will learn gentle yoga practices to help you tone important muscle groups. You’ll also learn breathing exercises that will help you to relax and connect with your baby. No experience with yoga is necessary, just the permission of your doctor to practice. Our post-natal yoga will help you get back to shape after the delivery and find new strength in life

Yoga Workshop

Our workshops are intense experience of yoga on a deeper level. Workshops shall contain theory and practical sessions to provide more inputs and clarity about yogic science for one to utilize it in your daily living.
